"Well," Leigh replied, looking out at the mostly empty cafe and frowned. Very nice. Someday, she hoped, people would learn to clean up after themselves, even if only in the 'I have the empty cup, let's throw it away since there's a trashcan right by the door' anyway kind of self-clean up. The place was trashed, and it was her job to make sure it was presentable for opening the next day. "I can't, unless someone will come back with me later to help pick up, or unless someone helps me now, and then we'll catch up with you. I'd say that I could call someone in, but I know no one's available. That's why I'm here alone on a show night in the first place." Leigh looked very grumpy at the admission.
She then glanced at the foursome, and shook her head determinedly. Ophelia looked worried, and the blonde certainly wasn't going to ask Tatum to stay, since there was little alternative. Neither Adrian or Ophelia would be staying, obviously. "Nah, Tate should head off with you, too. In case you need anything. I can manage this place alone for tonight. I'll be calling you when I'm done to make sure things are okay." She offered Jude a flat look, "Look, boy-o. I will not have you passing out in my cafe. You need to take better care of yourself -- and barring that, you need to let Ophi and Johnny take better care of you." Leigh offered him a concerned half-smile and hopped off the stage and towards the tables, where without another word, she started picking up handfuls of used cups to throw them away.

Jude was silent a minute before turning to Leigh. "I'm sorry." he stated, then, to Ophelia and Tatum, "Can we not tell Johnny this happened?"
Ophelia's eye twitched. 'Not tell Johnny?" she asked, looking at Tatum.

Leigh turned back to the stage at Jude's apology and then frowned herself feeling both guilty and pity for him. "I don't about you passing out in the cafe, Jude. I just don't want to see anything bad happen to you, you know," she noted from where she was standing. "I know you don't get it sometimes, but you matter a lot to a lot of people. I can make you a graph if you want," she pointed out, only half teasing...she probably could, as a matter of fact. "So, try, please to take better care of yourself."
She smiled again, trying to be reassuring, which was hard, because she was frankly frustrated by Jude and his actions. She had been worried about him -- and Tatum, too. Leigh noticed things, and she noticed when people weren't eating, and she knew when they were losing weight and not taking proper care of themselves, and she saw no good end to self-destruction. She also knew that while, maybe, she might be able to talk to Tatum -- they were friends, after all, if Jude wouldn't listen to Ophelia or Johnny, she had no hope. Maybe, she mused, Adrian will have better luck.

Jude nodded, feeling terrible. He knew that his friends worried about him, but he couldn't help it, couldn't help that he was sick. If anyone needs help, he wanted to say, it's Tatum; he'd never say it aloud though. "I'm sorry. i know."

Tatum looked rather distressed at the entire situation, brown eyes moving between Leigh picking up the mess, and Ophelia holding up half of Jude. When she was addressed, she gave a little nod of her head. "N-No telling Johnny, I'll keep my mouth shut, cross my heart," she said simply, before moving to hop down off of the small stage as well. She landed on a cup, crushing it under the toe of her sneaker, and leaning down to pick it up as she did. Thankfully, it was empty, and no damage was done to either shoes or floor.
"I want to stay and help Leigh, though. This place is seriously trashed hardcore. You guys take Jude home, and then we'll all meet up in like, an hour or so? It won't take long, with the two of us working at it. And I did say I'd offer her a hand, for the double sainthood and all," she said quietly, glancing over toward Leigh and offering the younger girl a little smile at the joke that only the two of them probably caught onto. "I'd offer Sera up to help you, but she's buried head first in her work, so I doubt she'll walk over and help."

Ophelia bit her lip; part of her wanted to go with Adrian and her brother, but another part, a part that sounded a lot like Jude, said that she should stay and help.
"If Adrian has Jude, he can take the Yugo and drive Jude home, and I'll stay and help. Three's faster then two, after all."

"You sure?" Leigh asked, trying not to sound too hopeful. She certainly didn't want to deal with this mess on her own. "And if so, I shall praise you, Saint Tatum," she teased. "I could try to call Sera myself, she might react a little more favorable to me. Then again, um, she might behead me and then impale my corpse on a flag pole. Your sister does not like to be interrupted when she's studying."

Adrian gave Ophelia a startled look. "Are you sure?" He wouldn't have guessed that she would dare trust Jude's care to him, especially so soon after the little fainting spell.

Ophelia bit her lip; she didn't like leaving Jude alone, not even with this boy who seemed to care about him a lot, but she knew that the runt of the Wainwrights was probably about to chide her for not offering to help out sooner.
"Well, so long as you can drive stick and swear you'll take care of my baby bro, I think i can trust you.'

Even with the tenseness in the air, and the general air of upset, Tatum had to laugh at Leigh's comment about Seraphim. It was oh so incredibly true, after all; Leigh was about one of the only people who knew Sera better than Tatum or Rath, and she was clearly well aware of the brunette's fancy for study. "Yeah, if you ring her cellphone right now, she might actually kill you. And then I'd have to bail her out of prison, and explain it to your mom and dad, and it would be a real mess," the redhead sighed, leaning down to scoop up two more empty cups from the floor.
She glanced over at Ophelia, smiling rather fondly, before returning to the cups.

"Aw, don't worry about explaining it to my parents, Tatum," Leigh teased, throwing an arm over her shoulders. "Give Bethany...what...another fifteen years and seven or eight months, and she can be Leigh 2. Stronger, faster, smarter!" Leigh grinned, Bethany was just as blonde and loud as Leigh had been at her age, and Leigh was quite looking forward to seeing her younger sister grow up. "And I appreciate your offer to help, Ophelia. I need it. So, if we each take a section, we'll be okay. Um, Tatum, clearing off all the tables, Ophelia, if you could sweep the lobby and put up all the chairs, I can start breaking down everything behind the bar. Whenever we're ready, we'll figure out the mopping."

Ophelia nodded, moving to start on the chairs. "You know if went by that logic, we could just rebuild you, Leigh."

"I can drive stick," Adrian answered. "If you can just help me get him in the car before you start cleanup, I'd appreciate it. Do you think anyone will be at your place? If we're going to be avoiding your brother...should I maybe take him to my house? Leigh does know where it is for when you're finished? Or should we just go there and not mention it if he asks?" Adrian was biting his lower lip thoughtfully.

"Or clone her, whichever," Tatum chimed in, leaning momentarily into the half embrace Leigh had around her shoulders, before pulling away in order to continue picking up the series of empty [and half empty] cups that were littering all of the table tops around the cafe. How Leigh had expected to do all of this by herself, Tatum wasn't exactly sure, but she was sure it probably would have taken until midnight or later. Hell, it had to be near that time now, didn't it?
She was glad though, for the way things were calming down. Jude had Adrian to take after him, and she might be able to get Ophi to relax a bit as well. And maybe when it was all over, the three of them could go and torture Seraphim. She knew how much Ophelia loved that pass time, after all.

"Pft, whatever," Leigh replied, and stuck out her tongue, before leaving Tatum's side to go behind the bar. Cleanup sucked sometimes. "You know you love me so hard."
