Ophelia grinned, nodding to Tatum's question about the band and then turning to Rath. "Breasts beat all, what can I say man. You know, if you ever want to leave the sanction of your cave, you can come with us to rehearsal or a gig or somthing."
Jude frowned. He didn't want Seraphim to think that he didn't appreciate the food, and he took another careful bite. "No, you went through all the trouble of making it. I want to eat it." There was a buzzing sound, and he flushed, embarrassed, pulling out his cell phone and flipping it open with anepologetic look. "Oh. Johnny's looking for us, Ophi. I'll let him know where we are?" he glanced at their hosts. "Is it okay if he comes over? Except once he knows where we are, he'll want to be here, is all..."

Rath looked genuinely disgusted at the idea, before quickly shaking his head and returning to filling his mouth with turkey and gravy between speaking. "No way, I am perfectly fine, inside of the house. As it is, I already have to go outside to go to school, and she made me waste my whole Saturday decorating the house. Manual labour! Can you believe that? Some sister," he explained, heaving a dramatic sigh, and getting a little smile from Tatum as she lightly kicked him under the table.
"Shut up," she said simply, before she glanced at Ophelia. "And can we not talk about breasts at the dinner table? I mean, unless we're talking about the things we're thankful for. Which we haven't done yet. So stop, with the breasts. And just eat?" she suggested, looking up as Jude's cell phone rang, and he opened it. She nodded a bit, glancing at her brother and sister, both of whom showed no signs of objection. "Yeah, of course he can come. It's kinda weird without him, actually, you know? Five instead of six, it's not the norm."
"And at least Johnny is one of the civilized ones," Seraphim added, shooting a minute glare in Ophelia's direction.

At Seraphim's words, Ophelia made a grabby motion at her own breast, sticking out hr tongue. "Being vulgar is what I live for, babydoll. You oughta know that."
Jude smiled, texting Johnny and closing his phone, putting it into his pocket once more. He missed his twin when he wasn't around, and Ophelia, while still awesome, just wasn't the same.
Johnny had been confused when he had returned home to an empty house; and after texting Jude, he realized he should have known that the other two wainwright siblings would be at the house behind them, as always. He went around the back of the house, traveling the same path that Jude and Ophelia had earlier before knocking on the door and letting himself in.
"Hello? Is anyone in here?" he called, toeing off his shoes.

The look of disgust on Seraphim's face was enough to make even Tatum laugh, quickly lifting her hand up to her mouth and trying to cover it up with a cough, though the grin on her face was unmistakable. Ophi really, really did know just how to get under Seraphim's skin. And she was doing a fantastic job this evening. Lifting up her glass of milk, the red head took a quick drink, in an attempt to keep herself from choking on her restrained laughter any further. "O-Ophi, god!"
Looking much less than impressed, Seraphim rolled her eyes, turning away from Ophelia. "Yes, I suppose we ought to be used to your antics by now, shouldn't we? As disgusting and inhumane as they may be," the brunette muttered. When Johnny entered the house, and called out to them, she immediately brightened up slightly. Finally, another academic mind, and someone unlike his sister. "We're in the kitchen!"

Ophelia smirked, leaning back in her chair and winking at Tatum. "What can I say, I try."
Johnny made his way into the kitchen, spotting the look of disgust on Seraphim's face. "Ophi, what did you do?" He moved to take the seat next to Jude, frowning and placing a hand on the boys forehead as Jude made him up a plate. "Jude, you're sick. You're all flushed and your warm." He turned accusing eyes on Ophelia, glaring. "He's sick and you let him come over here? Christ, Ophi."
Ophelia rolled her eyes, giving Johnny a dirty look back as she speared a carrot with her fork. "Stop babying him, Johnny, he's got a cold, whatever. He's not some fragile little flower that's going to die from exposure."
Jude watched his siblings fight, turning apologetic eyes to Seraphim across from him. "Sorry. Maybe I should go home...let you guys finish eating in peace?"

Seraphim couldn’t help but smirk a little, when Johnny immediately blamed his sister for her sour mood. He knew the situation well enough, after all of these years. “She was being her usual disgusting Ophelia. Groping herself, vulgar references, you know,” the brunette sighed.
Tatum had been about chime in, perhaps in Ophi’s defence, but the Wainwrights had begun bickering before she got the chance. She sunk into her seat a little, feeling bad as Johnny and Ophelia argued over Jude, as common of an occurrence as it was. “It was my fault, actually, I invited t-them.. Seriously, it’s not Ophi’s fault.”
Rath stayed out of the argument completely, though he had finished up his dinner, and was now eyeing the closest pie. Pumpkin, and looking delicious. “… Anybody want a slice?”

Ophelia rolled her eyes, finishing off her food and reaching for a slice of pie. "Now, now. Just because Johnny has a brother complex doesn't mean you can take the blame. It's okay, Tat."
Jude pouted at his siblings. They had a tendency of embarrassing him at the most inopportune times; and it was sometimes annoying. "Johnny, Ophelia, seriously, just....piss off. I'm fine."
Johnny frowned, but nodded, willing to surrender this one time. "Alright. But finish the meal, you could use it." He placed a hand on Jude's leg and squeezed lightly, the worried look never leaving his face.

At Johnny's insistance on his brother, Seraphim turned to her sister, making a small gesture with her fork, before reaching out to help herself to a slice of pie as well. "What he said. Eat your food, will you? It was your idea to do all of this, and you've only eaten like, half of a slice of turkey and about three bites of potatoe. Seriously."
Paling some at the attention, Tatum gave her head a little shake, as she absently watched both of her siblings and her girlfriend digging into the pie. Hopefully they had turned out decently, she wasn't sure. She had never actually made pumpkin pie before today. "No, I'm not that hungry. I'm like, sort of nauseous? I dunno, I think I'm getting a cold. Probably caught it from Jude," she replied, glancing over at the boy sitting across from her, giving him a slightly knowing smile. "We're sick, not our fault, right?"
Rath almost said something. Almost. He found he needed to bite down on his tongue, in order to keep from blurting it out. He figured that, probably, Ophelia would anyway. She was much less likely to let things slide by, as it was; she had taken over his role, as guilty as it sometimes made him felt. He didn't need to hassle his sister every day, Ophi was doing it for him.

Ophelia pushed her fork into a piece of turkey, nearly shoving it into Tatum's mouth. "Eat. Or I'll sing my ode to your left nipple in the middle of english class."
Jude pushed his food on his plate, trying to ignore the look of worry his twin was giving him.
Johnny gave Jude one last look before turning to Seraphim. "So what have you been up to, Sera?"

Tatum immediately looked pale at such an insinuation, and she quickly opened her mouth, obediently eating the piece of turkey, though she looked none too pleased by the fact. Chewing and swallowing, she delivered a soft kick to Ophi's leg under the table. "Some days, I do wonder why I go out with you.."
Swallowing her bite of pie, Seraphim gave a little shrug as she reached to refill her glass of milk. "Oh, nothing exciting. I had to cook all day, since someone was whiny about mom not being home to do it.. even though I've got the world's most massive chemistry test in the morning, you know. Same old, same old. Bending to the whims of my siblings, you know how that is," she explained.
Beside her, Rath rolled his eyes. "You're already three chapters ahead, drama queen. You said so before you started dinner."

Johnny nodded sagely; he did indeed know what that was like. "That's tough. I'm sure you'll do fine on the test, you always do."
Ophelia beamed across her plate. "Because I'm wonderful and you love me."

Seraphim nodded back, placing the milk carton back down. "I'll live. It's not the end of the world or anything. Some of us just have natural intelligence, others don't," she replied, tossing a glance at Tatum and Ophelia, who seemed more or less off in their own little world of teasing each other by now.
"Yeah, keep telling yourself that," Tatum replied, though she smirked back, giving her another light kick. "Asshole."

Johnny chuckled at that. "I suppose some of us do, yes."
Ophelia grinned. "Oh I know it's true. No use fighting the fact, baby girl."

"Odd couple, aren't they?" Sera mused, motioning toward their sisters. She was finally feeling in a better mood, with Johnny around; they had gotten along well, ever since they were kids, and he always managed to cheer her up, in contrast to the way Ophelia got her all worked up and annoyed at any given moment. "Who would've known. And now we'll have to deal with the pitter-patter of strange nieces and nephews.."
Tatum stuck her tongue out, shaking her head. "Yeah, no. It's really not true, so I'm pretty sure I'm gunna rebel and try fighting the fact. I'm already committed to this other girl, in my biology class? It's getting kinda serious, so we might need to cut this short."

Johnny chuckled. "Could be worse, though, I suppose, couldn't it?"
Ophelia pouted, settig her fork down. "The one with the buck teeth and lazy eye?"
