Leigh perked up, accepting the book, and listened. "I think I've seen Crank in the book store last time I was there," she answered, flipping idly through the pages. "I take it you like it if you're going to do a report?"

"Oh yeah? I still need to pick it up, when I get my next allowance," Sera replied, blinking a bit. She watched Leigh flicking through the book, smiling. "I do like it a lot. I mean, I haven't finished it yet, but I really like it so far."

"Good," Leigh answered, and snuggled closer to Sera, feeling a bit sleepy, and handed the book over. "I'm glad you like it, ma'am. You can go back to reading if you don't mind snuggles. I might fall asleep."

Seraphim accepted the book back, but didn't open it, settling it back onto her chest again. "I don't mind snuggles, I never mind snuggles. But I don't like the idea of sleeping. Mostly, I think we should just snuggle. And possibly kiss."

Leigh moved over and softly dropped a kiss on Sera's lips. "I think that could be arranged, boss lady," she noted softly, barely pulling away, leaving their foreheads resting together.

"Mm, excellente," Sera said, smiling slowly against the kiss, and reaching up to pull Leigh more comfortably against her, arms wrapping around the blonde protectively, as she kissed her lightly yet again. "Love ya.."

Leigh pulled Sera down, suddenly appreciating the close-quarters that the couch offered. She lay, Sera stretched out over her, doing her best to make sure that their lips didn't disconnect unless they had to.

Seraphim made just the slightest sounds of delight into their kiss, keeping it up, and pressing herself contently against Leigh's body. She had pulled back just slightly, nipping gently at the other girl's lower lip as she did so, eyes fixed onto Leigh's.
There was, for just a moment, a series of light thumps on the stairs, before Tatum appeared in the doorway. "Sera, are you done with that b-- oh my god, I'm sorry, I didn't knock!" she said quickly, lifting her hands up to cover her face. From the couch, the brunette groaned.

Leigh looked over to Tatum, saw her hiding, and promptly burst into giggles. "It's okay, Tatum," she said reassuringly (or she tried, anyway, it was harder due to the giggles). "It's not like two girls kissing is exactly a bizarre shock for you, ma'am."

"N-No, that's not it!" she explained quickly, lowering her hands just slightly, once she was sure the two were decent, and that it was okay to look. "I just, uhm. I didn't mean to interrupt. I just wanted to know if she was done with my book yet."
"Not yet," Sera replied testily, clearly not as amused as Leigh by their abrupt ruination to make-out sessions. "Now could you please return upstairs? I was, attempting, to get laid down here."

"It's okay, Tate," Leigh responded. "You might wanna lock the door on your way p. If Rath found his way down here, I'm not sure he'd do much else besides...y'know...ogle. Or freak out somehow. Which might be funny, but also totally unnecessary. As for you, sir," she returned her attention to Sera, and kissed her softly. "We're nice people. To our families. Um, sometimes." She kissed her again, and waved one hand absently in the general direction where Tatum had been before in a goodbye-gesture.

Once her sister had disappeared back upstairs, Seraphim frowned some against the kisses, giving Leigh a firm pout from her position underneath her. "I'll have you know, that when my family interrupts.. this, that I am quite an unforgiving mistress. Because between school, and work, and everything else, this is far too rare," she murmured, leaning her head up to kiss Leigh again, closing her eyes.

"I can focus on this," Sera agreed, between further kisses. She lifted her arms, wrapping them loosely around Leigh above her, and sliding her hands under the bottom of the other girl's shirt. She smiled gently into the kiss, cool hands sliding further up Leigh's back, stopping at her bra strap, and giving it a gentle little tug.

Leigh pulled back from another kiss at the pull, which for some reason, sent a little wave of pleasure down her spine. "Are you trying to seduce me, ma'am?" She asked, faking a gentle surprise.
