I don't know why I'm so excited for Halloween this year. I mean, I know it's only Thanksgiving tomorrow, so we're a bit away from it yet, but I'm still supremely pumped?
Rath and I decorated the house all day. We had to drag out all of the boxes, and sort them before we could even start. It took us from eleven, until almost after dinner, but it's done!
Sera thinks it's hideous. And I guess maybe it is a bit gaudy? Just a bit? But I think Halloween, like Christmas, is one of the holidays where you can get away with gaudy decorations. In fact, it's almost expected. I always thought our front patio was kinda weird looking, but it's good for decorating apparently.
I like it, regardless of what she thinks. And it only makes me more excited for Halloween itself. I'm not a huge fan of candy, but I guess that just means more for Rath? I think dad wanted us to stay home and hand stuff out, since we're getting older, but I think we're.. actually going to a party instead.
I dunno what we're going to dress up as. Rath thinks we should go as Claire and Chris Redfield, but I don't think we can do it in time. I don't sew that fast! But it's worth a try, right?
